The Mobile Market Coalition (MMC) is the national network of mobile market operators and central hub for resources, education, and training for new mobile markets. The training wing of MMC, the Veggie Van Training Center (VVTC), created and disseminates the Veggie Van Model, an evidence-based set of best practices for mobile markets aiming to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and impact health outcomes in their communities. This partnership will ensure that Aqua Crop and program staff will plan, build, and operate their mobile produce market utilizing the best practices and evidence-based methods refined by the VVTC and successful mobile markets since its inception.
